WKMS Welcomes our new Strings Teachers!

WKMS is very excited to introduce our String Department! Joining Olivia Walsh and Rachel Scuka are Heather Lowe and Kelsey Zachary!

Heather is very excited to be teaching cello and ensembles at the West Kelowna Music School! Heather is new to Kelowna, and brings her years of pedagogy from Saskatchewan to the beautiful province of BC. Heather teaches students of any age and designs her lessons specifically for each student and their learning abilities. The more beautiful music there is, the better our world will be.

Kelsey teaches violin, viola and fiddle. She offers Suzuki and RCM approaches for those looking to stick to a particular methodology, and works to find the right combination of both along with other supplemental material (ie: fiddle, pop, ABC's of violin, etc) to nurture each individuals unique learning needs.
