Okanagan Fiddle Club The Okanagan Fiddle Club is designed to introduce young violinists to the world of fiddle music! Offering junior, intermediate and senior levels, students learn about the diverse fiddle traditions of Scotland and Ireland as well as North American style fiddling. Come and master the rhythms of jigs, reels, strathspeys and hornpipes (to name a few!) all while learning how to listen, improve your playing by ear and the joys of being in an ensemble! Junior Fiddlers Ages: 7-10 Level: RCM grade 1 / Suzuki Book 1 Classes: Saturdays, 2-3 PM Cost: $220/term* Songbook: $15 Intermediate Fiddlers Ages: 9-12 Level: RCM grade 3 /Suzuki book 3 Classes: Saturdays, 3-4 PM Cost: $220/term* Songbook: $15 Senior Fiddlers Ages: 10-16 Level: RCM grade 5 + / Suzuki Book 4 Classes: Saturdays, 4-5 PM Cost: $220/term* Songbook: $15 *Terms follow the school year, running September through December, January through March and April through June.
